Privacy and cookies
What this website collects,
and what it does not.
Three forms, one analytics tool that runs without cookies until you say otherwise, and no advertising. Last updated 25 October 2026.
This page is about the website.
This website presents SuperABM to companies that sell on HubSpot. You can read about the product, request a walkthrough, apply as a partner or ask for early access. This page explains what the website collects while you do that.
It does not cover the SuperABM product itself. The product has its own terms of use and data processing agreement, which are not published here yet.
What you send us, and where it goes.
The website has three forms. Each sends only what you type into it:
- Early access (home page): your email address and the page you were on.
- Book a walkthrough (/talk): name, work email, company, the number of people in sales and marketing, and a message.
- Partner request (/partners): name, work email, company, partner type, the number of clients on HubSpot, what you sell, website, region, and a message.
Every form does the same four things through Resend, our email provider: it adds your email address to our early-access list, sends a notification to our team inbox, sends you a thank-you email at once, and sends a note from the founder about twenty minutes later. The website has no database of its own; what you send lives in Resend and in our mailbox.
Each form also has a hidden field that people never see. Submissions that fill it in are treated as automated and discarded.
To be removed from the list, or to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@superabm.com or book a call.
Vercel, in the EU.
The website is hosted on Vercel in the EU (Frankfurt). Vercel receives the requests your browser makes to load the pages, as any host does.
Google Analytics, cookieless until you accept.
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It loads through Google Tag Manager on every page, with Google Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode:
- Until you accept, every consent type is set to denied. Google Analytics then sends cookieless pings: it sets no cookies and does not identify you across pages or visits.
- When you choose Accept all, analytics storage is granted. Google Analytics sets the cookies
_gaand_ga_*, which last for two years, to tell returning visitors from new ones. - Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization stay denied whatever you choose. The website runs no advertising tags and sets no advertising cookies.
- Your choice is stored in your browser under the key
sabm-consent, not in a cookie and not on our servers. - If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline: the banner does not appear and analytics stays cookieless.
One more thing lives in your browser: the Dark mode button in the footer stores your preference under the key theme.
Change it any time.
The button below reopens the cookie banner. So does Cookie preferences in the footer of every page.
