Everything SuperABM does.

From the first week to every setting and limit. Generated from the product description, last synced 25 October 2026.

Generated from the product's capability description, last synced 25 October 2026. SuperABM runs on top of HubSpot. It reads everything from day one; it writes to HubSpot and sends email only after you switch test mode off.

Quickstart

SuperABM turns signals about companies into owned, timed follow-up: one ranked list per person each morning, a buying group per account, and a funnel that moves on evidence. This is the first week.

What you need

  • A HubSpot portal with companies, contacts, deals and tasks in use, and a private app token.
  • An Apollo account with API access. SuperABM uses it for website visitor tracking, free people search, company enrichment and one-click email.
  • Optional: a Slack app (bot token), Apify (LinkedIn public posts), an AI gateway key (drafts), LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads read access.

1. Sign in

Sign in with HubSpot (identity only, nothing stored) or with Google, limited to your company's domain. Every action in SuperABM is attributed to the signed-in person.

2. Connect HubSpot and Apollo

Settings → Integrations shows one card per tool. Paste a key; it is tested at once with a free, read-only call and stored encrypted. A key that fails is not stored. Only admins and approvers connect, test or disconnect.

3. Finish My setup

Each teammate adds their LinkedIn profile URL and uploads their LinkedIn connections file (emails are never stored). Then log your email in HubSpot, so replies and touches are read back. A "Finish your setup" bar shows until the first two steps are done.

4. Import your target accounts

Point SuperABM at your HubSpot Target Accounts, or at the HubSpot lists your reps already keep. Customers are never imported. Companies without a domain are skipped. Every account gets a tier, a fit score and an owner from rules you can change.

5. Approve the Dreamlist

Anyone proposes a company. One approver opens Accounts → Approvals and accepts, rejects with a reason, or accepts all. Only an accepted company is ever written to HubSpot, and only after test mode is off.

6. Confirm the buying groups

SuperABM scans each account for four roles from free people search and your HubSpot contacts. Accounts → Readiness lists the people it is not sure about, with one-click Confirm, Wrong role, Other company or Left. Only confirmed people get tasks.

7. Work Today

Each morning, Today shows what changed since yesterday and one ranked list of next best actions with the reason, the evidence and a confidence. Do it, snooze it, dismiss it with a reason, or reassign it. LinkedIn tasks go to your LinkedIn queue: copy the draft, open the profile, send by hand, mark it sent.

8. Go live

Settings → System status shows every scheduled job, every connection and every cap. When the go-live checklist is green, switch test mode off. SuperABM then writes the Target Account flags, tasks and ABM fields to HubSpot and starts the one-click emails you approve.

Accounts

The Dreamlist

The Dreamlist holds the accounts you chose to win. They are worked whether or not they visit your website. In HubSpot they are the companies flagged Target Account, each with an owner. A daily sync turns companies flagged directly in HubSpot into proposals.

Proposing and approving

  • Anyone proposes with "+ Propose for the Dreamlist". HubSpot is searched as you type; a company that is not there can be created from the same box.
  • The approver sees, per proposal: tier, fit, staff, industry, country, open deals, what SuperABM already knows (intent, stage, In market), who proposed it, and how many Active accounts the owner already has.
  • Decisions stay visible for 30 days.

Suggestions

HubSpot companies in your top tiers that are not on the Dreamlist, proposed or customers, ordered by fit. One click proposes, with an owner picker.

Fit score

One number from 0 to 100, shown everywhere a company appears. Hover it for the reasons.

PartPoints
Support team size, known or estimated from staff and industryup to 40
Digital native, or a target industryup to 25
Helpdesk (Zendesk or Salesforce 10, another known one 5)up to 10
Momentum: open deal, intent, In marketup to 25

Bands: 70+ Strong fit, 50+ Good fit, 30+ Some fit, below that Weak fit.

Tiers

TierRuleDefault owner
T11,000+ staff, a digital native, or an open dealThe HubSpot owner, else the senior rep
T2100 to 999 staff in a target industryThe SDR
T3Everything else with ICP fit (20+ support agents or 100+ staff)Automated email, approved first
DQNot a fitHidden by default

A manual tier always wins. The staff thresholds, industries and owners are settings.

Active and Nurture

Active accounts get tasks and steps. Nurture accounts get ads, LinkedIn and keep-warm only, and do not count toward the owner's Dreamlist size. An account comes back to Active by itself when it turns hot or goes In market. Moving to Nurture is only suggested: after 90 days on the Dreamlist with nothing from them, intent no higher than On the radar, not In market and no open deal. The owner answers Move to Nurture or Keep Active 90 days.

In market

Intent means "worth asking". In market means "they are buying". It is set by data when, in the last 14 days, the account turned hot, someone filled in a form or asked for a demo, or intent news that raises intent came in. Anyone on the team can set it with the buying fact they heard. It lapses after 90 days unless renewed; "Not now until a date" pauses it.

Signals

Website visits

Apollo's visitor tracking tells SuperABM which company visited and which pages it read, checked every 5 minutes. Each visit is matched to an account and tiered, filtered (dead website, customer, too small, contacted in the last 7 days), then routed. Insights → Signal inbox shows the visits per account and what happened to them. Company level only, never a person.

The intent ladder

The level is computed from all visits of the last 30 days plus intent news, and is never lowered for 30 days. Every rise is explained in one sentence, for example "3 people read 2 articles on automated QA, then opened pricing".

LevelWhenWhat happens
On the radarSomeone from the company visitedMarked; the buying group is mapped once
Warming upA problem, integrations or customer page; 2+ pages on one topic; 3+ people; visits in 2+ weeks; or intent newsA heads-up for the owner, no task
HotA pricing, demo, contact, thank-you or comparison pageTasks for the champion and the ops lead, due in 1 business day

Heat (0 to 3) and a trend arrow show how recent and repeated the activity is. The thresholds are settings.

Intent news

Weekly or monthly checks on every watched account.

TriggerSourceEffect
New QA, CX or support leaderPeople search, compared week to weekRaises intent; a congratulations task 30 days later
A champion moved to another accountThe same person at another companyRaises intent; warm intro
A leader leftMissing from two weekly scansNews only
Hiring QA analysts or support leadersGoogle JobsRaises intent
Helpdesk or CRM changeCompany enrichment, monthlyRaises intent; migration play
Support headcount +15%, fundingCompany enrichment, monthlyRaises intent
AI launch, expansion, funding in the newsGoogle NewsNews only
Their blog or newsroom postsTheir own feedNews only

Every item gets a value: High (a new leader, a support hiring wave, a tool change, AI in support, funding, a merger), Medium (an AI strategy, a product launch, expansion), Low (awards, events). Hiring items get a theme. When the article names its author, the name is shown and matched to the buying group. High or Medium news in the last 14 days puts a "Why now" label on the account and lifts its actions on Today.

LinkedIn

  • Your team's posts and your company page's posts are read every morning from public data, with every reaction and comment. Nobody's login is used.
  • Each reactor is matched to a buying-group contact or an account and gets an ICP verdict. A reaction from one of your accounts counts as engagement.
  • Posts by buying-group people and company pages at your top-tier Dreamlist accounts are read daily, so your team can comment by hand from the Feed.
  • SuperABM never likes, comments, posts or connects on LinkedIn.

Ads

LinkedIn Ads: impressions, clicks, engagement and cost per company and per campaign, daily, read only, once an ad-account admin connects. Google Ads: spend and cost per lead for the marketing KPIs, read only. An ad click on one of your accounts makes it Aware.

Champions

Past champions and leaders are tracked. When one lands at another company that fits, the account is added and flagged as a warm intro.

Buying groups

Roles

Four roles per account: buyer, QA champion, ops lead and team lead. Bigger companies get more people per role: one per role from 0 staff, two from 1,000, three from 10,000. The role names and title rules are settings.

Where people come from

  • Apollo's free people search, per role, in the account's country first. No credits are spent.
  • HubSpot contacts whose title clearly fits a role.
  • By hand, with "+ Add person".

Validation

Title rules mark each person as OK, To confirm or Rejected, with the reason: software QA, product quality, a junior title, another company in the title. People to confirm, on the account's People tab and under Accounts → Readiness, lists everyone the rules were not sure about, people who would fill an empty role first, with one-click Confirm, Wrong role, Other company or Left. Only validated people get tasks.

Coverage and relationships

Every account shows "3/4 roles · 7 people". Readiness shows the roles and the eight getting-ready steps per account in one grid. Each teammate's uploaded connections file powers Relationships: who on the team knows someone at the account, and for each buying-group person a direct connection or a colleague you know, with a ready intro request.

The person card

From anywhere a person appears: role, validation, last touch, LinkedIn, recent posts, profiles, "I follow them", and for validated people on hot or warm accounts a background brief with up to three sourced talking points and nothing private. "Delete this person's data" removes them and stops them coming back.

Email reveals

An email reveal (one Apollo credit) only for the first-touch champion, ops lead and buyer of hot top-tier accounts. Caps: 65 for the first batch, then 150 a month.

Today and next best action

The morning

Today opens with one line on what matters most, then "Since yesterday": the three to five changes that matter on your accounts in the last 24 hours (a meeting booked, a reply, an account turned hot, a deal moved, a buyer posting, funding or news). Counters show priority accounts, replies to answer, stalled deals and, for the approver, approvals.

The ranked list

One list per person. Each row shows the account, the action, why in one line, the kind and how sure the agent is.

  • Do it now opens the task inline or goes where the action gets done.
  • Open shows the task, the recommendation (why, evidence, expected result) and the account context (stage, fit, intent, what to fix).
  • Snooze until a date. Dismiss with a reason: it only returns when the evidence changes. Reassign to a teammate.
  • When there is nothing worth doing, the agent says Wait, and why.
  • Why now: an account with High or Medium news in 14 days ranks higher and gets "Talk to them about the news".
  • Second try: a touch without a reply after five business days becomes "Try them again, another way": the same person on another channel, or after two unanswered touches, the next best person.

Tasks

A task is one LinkedIn, email or call action for one person at one account, due in one business day, mirrored to HubSpot once live. Buttons: Done (with "they replied"), Skip with a reason, Copy, Open LinkedIn, Send via Apollo, Light touch. The first touch goes to the champion and the ops lead; the buyer follows after a reply, or after seven days without one.

Touch limits

LimitDefault
Direct touches per person1 per 7 days, 3 per 30 days without a reply
Direct touches per account4 per 7 days
After a new signalThe count starts again
Light touches (like, comment, follow, content without an ask)Never counted

The limits never block. The card warns; the rep decides.

Replies

Replies are read every 10 minutes from HubSpot and Apollo and classified Positive, Neutral or No thanks, by rules first, AI as fallback, or tagged by hand. Only a positive reply asks for an answer and can suggest In market. LinkedIn replies are ticked on the task.

Priority

One score orders every list. Open deal +40 (+10 from Qualified, +15 with no next step), Hot +30, Warming up +15, intent news +15, T1 +10, going cold +15, overdue task +10, a buying-group gap +10 or +15. Needs attention shows accounts scoring 40 and up.

Drafts and sending

Drafts

Written by AI, in English, Dutch, French or German, in the person's language by default. They use the content the account read and never mention the website visit. Comments, connection notes, messages and emails each have their own length and tone, and every draft is checked against your approved facts before it is shown.

LinkedIn, by hand

The LinkedIn queue shows one card at a time with the draft in an editable box. "Copy and open" copies the draft and opens the profile; for people you are not connected with, it says where to paste the note. Sent, They replied, Skip for today and Not now each log the result. SuperABM never sends on LinkedIn.

Email, one click

"Send via Apollo" sends the edited draft from the task owner's own mailbox, on a click, and completes the task. Nothing is sent without a person.

The lowest tier

Accounts in the lowest tier can get an automated email through an Apollo sequence. For the first 14 days after go-live each email is approved first under Accounts → Approvals (Approve, Edit, Skip with a reason); after that, up to 20 a day. The draft never mentions the visit.

Plays and openers

On a post or a news item, SuperABM suggests the play that fits (Comment first; Comment, then message; Congrats with substance; Ask their take; Exec to exec) and who to talk to about it, with the best sender, a drafted opener in the channel, tone and language you pick, and the article that fits as a give-first. Plan touches previews a week across the buying group and creates the tasks. Guardrails: at most three tags per post, nobody tagged twice in 30 days, one company per post, one post per account per week.

Keep warm

Every Monday, at most five light-touch tasks per owner for quiet top-tier accounts with no signal for 30 days and no direct touch for 14. A like, a comment or useful content, no pitch.

Agent policies

Three levels

Every action type has a policy: Observe (the agent only records what it would do), Assist (it proposes; a person decides) or Execute (it acts within caps).

What the agent may execute

Only low-risk work inside SuperABM: company enrichment within the cap, the free people scan, hub-only tasks, In market from a signal, waking a Nurture account, funnel stage updates and tags.

What always needs a person

Sends, every write to HubSpot, owner changes, moving an account to Nurture, confirming people, and Dreamlist approvals. No policy can change that.

The agent log

Every recommendation decision and every executed action is logged with its evidence, confidence, policy, result, reason and who decided, under Settings → Agent policies and on the account's Activity tab.

HubSpot sync

What SuperABM reads

Companies, contacts, deals (every pipeline), engagements (emails, calls, meetings, notes), tasks, owners and lists. Deals refresh daily, activity hourly, task completions and replies every 10 minutes.

What SuperABM writes

Only after go-live, only these, all in one property group named for your workspace, and only what changed since the last write.

Test mode

Every HubSpot and Apollo write goes through one gate. In test mode the gate only logs the write, so you can see every write before it happens. There is no button to switch it off; your admin does it at go-live.

Slack

Optional, off by default, and never required: everything also shows in SuperABM. Intent cards in a channel (hot and warm accounts, intent news, lowest-tier email approvals) and direct messages to top-tier owners. Cards carry Take, Snooze and Reject-with-a-reason buttons that write back. Only admins and approvers switch the types on.

Pipeline and progress

Funnel stages

Target → Aware → Interested → In market → Meeting → Opportunity → Won or Lost. Stages move on evidence and can go back: a lost deal makes the account Lost at once; 90 quiet days drop it one level. The funnel counts the furthest stage reached, with how many moved on and the median days, per owner.

Pipeline

One page for every account from Interested on, as a list or a board with nothing to drag. Each row: account, deal, owner, value, momentum (advancing, steady, stalled, at risk), last interaction, next step and the main blocker. At risk first, then by value. The deal drawer shows what it takes to leave the stage, the risks, the stakeholders and a HubSpot link.

Readiness

Eight steps per account: owner and tier, all four roles found, brief read, owner follows each role, champion and ops lead touched, two or more people responding, a meeting, a deal. A row opens the place where the next step gets done.

Weekly review

Accounts advanced, meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline created and blockers resolved, for the team and per person. No leaderboard, streaks or points.

What works

Reply rate, meeting rate and time to first touch per play, opener, channel, tone, role, tier, page read and trigger. Groups under ten sends say "Not enough data yet". From twenty sends per option, the better play is suggested first, with the reason.

KPIs

A KPI table per person and for the team, by day, week, month, quarter or year, with target, values, total, percent of target and status. Automatic rows fill every morning from SuperABM and HubSpot and open a drawer with what is behind the number; manual rows are typed in. The north-star KPI is engaged ICP accounts: target accounts that reached a buying page in the week.

Signal inbox and activity log

The Signal inbox groups the last 14 days of visits, intent news and LinkedIn reactions into one story per account with "Why it matters": create an action, assign, or dismiss with a reason. The Activity log keeps every action by every person and the agent, with filters and a CSV export.

Settings and limits

Integrations

One card per tool with its status, where the key lives, the last successful sync and the last error. Keys are tested before they are stored, encrypted at rest, and never shown again beyond their last four characters. Disconnect forgets the key.

Business rules

Tiers and routing, the intent ladder thresholds, intent news triggers, touch limits, Nurture and In market, reveal and enrichment budgets, and the glossary. All values are live settings.

Caps and the ledger

WhatDefault cap
Email reveals65 in the first batch, then 150 a month
Company enrichment200 a month
Background briefs40 a month
AI calls300 a day, drafts and openers included
LinkedIn reading40 USD a month
Free people search0 credits, on a click, once per account per 10 minutes

Every spend is logged and shown under Team and usage. A cap stops the spend; it never stops the product.

System status

Every scheduled job with its last run, duration and result; every connection, checked with free read-only calls; data freshness per source; spend against the caps; and test mode on or live. A red dot on the menu means a job failed or a connection is down.

Team and usage

Teammates with role, approver flag, setup status, connections, Apollo mailbox and whether their email reaches HubSpot, plus this month's credits against the caps.

Browser notifications

Opt-in, per person: an account turned hot, a reply, a meeting booked. At most six a day, checked every 15 minutes.

Data and privacy

  • Hosting: the EU (Frankfurt), application and database.
  • Visits: company level only. Drafts never mention the visit.
  • People: LinkedIn is read from public data without anyone's login. Connections files are matched, never stored with emails. Background briefs keep nothing private.
  • Deletion: "Delete this person's data" removes the person, their brief and follows, strips their name from earlier events, and keeps a hash so no later search re-adds them. Workspace data is exported on request and deleted after.
  • Keys: stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM); the value never leaves the server.
  • Writes: one gate for every HubSpot and Apollo write, logged in test mode.

Not yet

On the roadmap, each as an opt-in with its own cap and ledger line.
