Getting started
Live on your own accounts
in a week.
Connect your tools, import your target accounts, approve the list and start working Today. Everything runs in test mode first, so nothing is written to HubSpot until you say go.
What you need before day one.
HubSpot
Required- A HubSpot portal with companies, contacts, deals and tasks in use.
- A private app token. SuperABM reads companies, contacts, deals, engagements, tasks, owners and lists, and writes companies, contacts, tasks, lists and its own property group. The setup screen lists the exact scopes.
- Optional: a HubSpot OAuth app for “Sign in with HubSpot”. Google sign-in also works, limited to your domain.
- The team’s email logged in HubSpot. This is how replies and touches are read back.
Apollo
Required- An Apollo account with API access: website visitor tracking, free people search, company enrichment, email sequences.
- Credits that cost money are capped per month and every spend is logged.
Slack
Optional- A Slack app with a bot token if you want intent cards in a channel. Everything also shows in SuperABM.
Also optional
Optional- Apify, for public LinkedIn posts and reactions (a monthly cap you set).
- An AI gateway key for drafts, summaries and briefs (a daily cap you set).
- LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, read-only, for ads by company and cost per lead.
Seven steps, one week.
Screens show example data. Companies and people are made up.

Connect
Sign in with HubSpot or Google. Settings → Integrations: paste your HubSpot and Apollo keys. Each key is tested with one free, read-only call before it is stored. Teammates add their LinkedIn URL and upload their connections file; emails from it are never stored.

Import your target accounts
Point SuperABM at your HubSpot Target Accounts or the lists your reps keep. Customers are never imported. Each account gets a tier, a fit score and an owner from rules you can change under Settings → Business rules.

Approve the Dreamlist
Your approver opens Accounts → Approvals and accepts, rejects with a reason, or accepts all. Anyone can propose more. Only accepted companies are ever written to HubSpot, and only after test mode is off.

Map the buying groups
SuperABM scans each account for the roles you defined, buyer, champion, ops lead and team lead by default. Open Accounts → Readiness and confirm the people it isn’t sure about. Only confirmed people get tasks.

Work Today
Each morning, open Today: what changed since yesterday, counters for priority accounts, replies and stalled deals, and one ranked list of next best actions with the reason and the evidence. Do it, snooze it, dismiss it with a reason, or reassign it. LinkedIn tasks go to your queue: copy the draft, open the profile, send by hand, mark it sent.

Go live
Settings → System status shows every scheduled job, every connection and every cap. When the checklist is green, switch test mode off. SuperABM then writes the Target Account flags, tasks and ABM fields to HubSpot and starts sending the one-click emails you approve.

Some things should never be automated.
LinkedIn.
No connection request, comment or message is ever sent for you. SuperABM reads public data, drafts, and queues. You send.
Email sends.
“Send via Apollo” is a click by the task owner, from their own mailbox. Automated email, if you turn it on for your lowest tier, is approved message by message for the first two weeks and capped per day.
Writes to HubSpot.
Only the fields you agreed to, only after go-live, and never owners, deal stages or amounts.
Approvals and confirmations.
Dreamlist approval, buying-group confirmation, Nurture moves, owner changes: a person decides. The agent can suggest.
Spending.
Paid lookups have hard monthly caps and show up in Team and usage. Free searches run on a click, with the cost shown as zero before they run.
People’s data.
Company-level visit data only. Drafts never mention a website visit. Anyone’s data can be deleted in one click and is suppressed from future searches.
Ready when your HubSpot is.
We walk through your portal, your target accounts and your team’s week, then you decide.
